Children train martial arts in Bridport

At Ichinen Bridport martial arts school children train the classical martial art Jiu-Jitsu once a week. The training is designed for children of 6-14 years and it is suitable for boys and girls equal.

The children learn the following

Respect  *  Self control
Discipline  *  Friendship
Stamina  *  Patience
Humbleness
Skills  *  Self defence

The class is held in Bridport at the British Legion Hall in Victoria Grove, DT63AD
Start is at 5.30 pm and the teaching is for one hour, which is very suitable for this age range.

Every child must perform one or two taster sessions and after that the child, the parent and master Horst Lindenau from Ichinen Bridport decide if the training would be suitable for all.
Don't worry, we won't turn you down and the kids usually love it!
